A Word From PK

Devotion

What PK? Celebration of the Resurrection, 3 weeks ago we celebrated Easter
according the timing of God’s calendar, but the celebration continues and will
continue for all of eternity. I’ve been known to say that every day is Christmas and
every day is Easter. Oh, I may emphasize it a little more on those special days for sure,
but the truth remains we’re here, hope filled, purpose driven and eternity bound
because our Messiah was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life and conquered death,
hell and the grave. The same will be true and the mode of operation the same on
Wednesday night and next Sunday if the Lord should tarry. God has ordained,
provided and instructed us to remain in a spirit of celebration. I shared recently, a
finding I discovered, as I studied Israel’s exodus and desert journey in their route to
the Promised Land. I realized as I studied their itinerary that the moment they quit
celebrating their Red Sea deliverance was the day they began to lose their vision, their
purpose and their destiny. The result was a life of wandering, infighting, and misery.
So let us learn, relearn and continue to learn this valuable principle of life in the spirit.
Celebrate often, praise continually and worship in spirit and in truth daily. Then, when
the Lord opens the door to the Promised land, we’ll see it, walk into it, and live in our
inheritance.
Blessings and it’s still empty,
PK
